Sony VAIO Y Series

So far, there is a single model range – the VPCY115FG. Its peculiarity is a 13.3-inch screen – slightly larger than Z Series’. Everything else is not even quite as good, but you will cut a good half the price. One could say that Y Series is a business solution. Looking good and offer just what you want and not much on it. Or it is not only a stylish accessory. Judge for yourself.

Nokia unveils new C5 smartphone powered by Symbian S60 3rd ediotion is quite a bargain at $183. Notable feature is large screen with 2.2 inch display and a GPS with free Ovi Maps turn-b-urn. This handset looks a market penetration for low end smarphone, thought that Nokia cheap smarphones usually was too slow for doing things, or just to say that it even hard to run the OS itself. C5 will be available on second quater of 2010

Finally Apple made it press release for their newest gadget named iPad. It is just 0.5 inch thick and weighs just 1.5 pounds. The gadget is available later this year on late March.

Because iPad screen is 9.7 inch, which much larger compared to iPhone or iPod touch (almost the size of A4 paper size), non iPad apps are given option to run in 1:1 screen mode or in enlarged fullscreen mode. The three apps will be available separately through the App Store for $9.99 each.

iPad is powered by A4, an Apple own designed chip. Designed by Apple, the new A4 chip provides exceptional processor and graphics performance along with long battery life of up to 10 hours.

iPad is available in 4 models. Two storage type 16GB and 32GB and with or without 3G connectivity with support speed up to 7.2 MB on HSDPA networks. All models has WiFi connectivity, employ latest 802.11n.

Nokia 3720 classic has beautiful oval design. The body is sturdy and was designed to handle dust, waters and extreme condition with casing in back is locked firmly with special key so that it can prevent water and dust. Micro USB port is protected and audio jack is protected with rubber. Unfortunately charger port seems remain vulnerable to dust/water.

Display of Nokia 3720 is 2.2 inch screen with QVGA resolution. This quite large screen and enjoyable to play games and web browsing. This model does not support 3G network, but it supports EDGE which is still better than using GPRS. This little handset is quite powerful for daily routine task, it’s sturdy and resistant to dust and water body will keep it alive at any conditions.

VAIO laptops brands from Sony is undoubtly has the slickest design product for a laptop. Sony has released new VAIO S with new Core i5, a powerful processor with turbo boost technology. Inside series S is powered by Intel wireless display that makes streaming online media to HDTV devices possible.

The storage capacity of 500GB with shock protection sensor makes sure your precious data is safe. For wireless data connectivity it has Advanced N 6200 Wi-Fi and A2DP bluetooh technology.

Camera used in this laptop also convenient, with motion eye sensor it will detect your movement based on user eye detection.

LG Crystal as it named looks like a jewerly that makes your eyes blinking just seeing it. It’s unique design is the keyboard which designed with complete transparent. Even that it had keypad, the screen is a toch screen.

New BlackBerry Curve 8530 is really a sacred valuable points. New BlackBerry gadget is another successful product. These items as new, slim profile, fast processor for bigger productivity, multimedia, advanced features like e-mail, contact sorting, networking, applications for download and many others is a perfect “premium” pack for the client.

Hewlett-Packard and AT & T announced iPAQ Glisten powered by Windows Mobile 6.5. It has a QWERTY keyboard and 2.5 inch screen. The AMOLED screen is touch that adds more features to its users over the keyboard. Glisten is positioned on the market as a business phone and has all necessary software pre-installed Office.

Powered by 528 MHz and 256 RAM is backed by this device works very quickly. It also has Wi-Fi module and an A-GPS can work in 2G/3G networks and provides a good speed internet with AT & T 3G. As for the media – Glisten has a 3.5mm audio above that sound pretty cool (tired of them 2.5 mm). The only thing surprising is that the ear buds do not come with the package. Who needs them anyway? You can buy brand more than they would charge.

As for appearance, the phone looks nice (personally) but absolute hit today are plastic glossy black and shining black color is missing, although the soft touch back is welcome. Opening the package you will find the phone itself, micro-USB cable, battery and a USB wall charger. What surprised me most is the weight of the phone, it is very light. Light weight is not a bad phone but it feels more premium segment as a communicator when it weighs more than that. It is only an illusion.
